The rooms at the Ambra Hotel are cozy and comfortable, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The TV and telephone were great for keeping entertained, and the balcony added a nice touch of fresh air. Plus, the free WiFi was a huge bonus for staying connected.
Personally, I found the TV in the room to be a bit outdated. However, I understand that others may still enjoy it.

The area was really nice. It was quiet and clean.
I hoped for a single double bed in the double room, rather than two twin beds.

The value for my money at Hotel Ambra was excellent, with clean rooms and helpful staff. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city, making it easy to explore. The staff treated me with utmost kindness and provided excellent service throughout my stay.
Food for breakfast could have been better, but it didn't stop me from enjoying my overall experience at this hotel.

The worst hotel I've ever seen... Don't stay in this hotel. Dirty floor, strong smells in room, bad service...

Olga in Milan in this hotel did not have any stomach problems. Instead in Genova when we took rented motorcycle she had problems after we had pizza and I had to stop scooter at the gas station.
doors not giving comfort during night bed activities

staff were kind and supportive. Location reasonably good distance from Milan central station.
Price was unreasonably high considering bathroom / toilet was shared in corridor and breakfast to be taken in your room. Hotel was much older and chabby state

I recently stayed at Hotel Ambra for a few nights and it was a pleasant experience. The location was convenient, not too far from the main railway station and metro station. I appreciated that we were able to check-in late at night without any issues. The staff was friendly and always went out of their way to assist us. The duvet on the bed was large and comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. Additionally, there was a left-luggage office available, which was quite convenient.
Can recommend this hotel.

Nothing!
We ordered en suite. None available. We were moved to alternative hotel. Hotel Ambra was scruffy, undergoing decoration. In our opinion it was not fit to be open and should close until the refurbishment is complete. We couldn't get out of there quickly enough.
